Miguel Cabrera even stronger after surgery
Major League Baseball’s ‘Face of MLB’ voting has been going on lately, and how could Miguel Cabrera not win it? The most feared hitter in baseball is coming back from offseason surgery, and he says he feels even better than before.

Miguel Cabrera added another MVP award to his trophy collection last year, hitting .348 with 44 home runs. The 2012 Triple Crown winner finished second in home runs, as only Baltimore’s Chris Davis was able to prevail over Miggy in that category.
Cabrera underwent surgery in November to repair muscles damaged by a groin injury.The 30 year old missed some action post-All-Star break, suffering from several different injuries, ranging from back pains to a sore hip.
“I’ve gotten a lot stronger,” he said. “I’ve tried to make sure everything’s going to be good when I start baseball. That’s what I do differently.”
Cabrera will look to become the first player ever to win three straight AL MVP awards. The Venezuelan superstar has a career total of 365 home runs, batting .321 over his 11-year span.
