The Lakers turned the ball over 14 times, allowing the Clippers to get off on their fast break game which tired out the short-handed Lakers and helped the Clips run away with the win. The Lakers relied very much on their offense in this one and once their shots stopped dropping, the Clippers got going: Jordan Hill(22pnts, 9rebs), Jodie Meeks(17pnts), and Kendall Marshall(10pnts, 11asts) were the most productive of the starters as Ryan Kelly(6pnts, 4rebs) simply was not aggressive enough and Kent Bazemore(4asts) went down with a sprained right foot early in the game. The solid play off the bench came from Nick Young(18pnts) and Robert Sacre(9pnts, 10rebs, 4asts) along with some decent play from Wesley Johnson(10pnts, 6rebs). The Clippers shot very well overall and got the whole team involved on both sides of the court rather than shooting 22% from the field and giving up an unreal amount of open looks to the opponent like the Lakers did. Next game vs the Houston Rockets at the Staples Center on Tuesday(7:30pm[PT]). On to the next one.

Fan Question: Do you think the Lakers should focus their defense(if they show up on that end) more on Dwight Howard rather than James Harden or the other way around? I would focus my defense on James Harden, because if he gets hot, it will be very hard to stop him.
